Terms & Conditions
Prices shown for our products are for guidance only, and based on the maximum order quantity for the item. Pricing includes chocolates, packaging and printing charges (where applicable). If you are unable to provide print-ready, studio artwork, additional charges will apply. All prices shown on our website exclude VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice.
Delivery charges vary according to weight and destination. Our quotation will include the delivery charge(s) for your order, based on the address information you supply.
We can also arrange international courier deliveries but local customs duties and delays are beyond our control and may affect the delivery date of your order.
Order lead time varies from three working days upwards, depending on the order quantity and product and packaging availability. Longer lead times apply at key seasonal times.
We cannot guarantee to meet your print requirements until our printers have seen your proposed artwork. Modifications to your supplied artwork will incur an artwork charge. We can prepare artwork for you if you are unable to supply it.
Pantone Colour Matches
Our personalised gifts are printed in CMYK colours. Exact pantone matches cannot be guaranteed but if pantone colour references are supplied with artwork we will aim to match them as closely as possible.
Our chocolates carry a minimum 16-week shelf life, indicated by a ‘best before’ date underneath each chocolate box. The shelf life of our non-chocolate products vary. Our ‘best before’ label also includes our website URL, for traceability purposes.
All of our chocolates may contain nuts (or traces of nuts) and alcohol. If alcohol-free chocolates are required this must be specified by you at the time of order.
Product images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. Our chocolates, wine and non-chocolate products are subject to substitution without notice, as our ranges change.
We despatch and deliver during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot despatch or deliver on a UK bank holiday.
All courier deliveries require a signature. Postal deliveries may also require a signature, subject to the service option specified on your order confirmation.
We will endeavour to despatch or deliver your order on the date requested but we are reliant on goods carriers and things may sometimes go wrong. In such cases we will do whatever we can to put things right.
Storage & Returns
It is the order recipient’s responsibility to ensure that chocolate products are kept cool, (but not cold or frozen), until required. We recommend a storage temperature of 15 – 20°C. Goods cannot be returned after despatch unless they are sub-standard or damaged.
Cleared payment of our pro forma invoice is required before we can process your order.
We accept payment by BACs and all major credit cards. We will provide a VAT invoice once payment has cleared.
We will refund your payment in full if we are unable to fulfil your order. We cannot offer a refund where delays are caused by our carriers after despatch, or the delivery address(es) or contact details supplied to us are incorrect, as these are beyond our control.
If you cancel your order after returning your signed order confirmation we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the net order value.
Samples are usually supplied free of charge but we may make charges at our discretion, depending on your requirements.
Images of the products supplied to you may be used on our websites, social media and in our promotional materials, unless you request otherwise when you place your order.
Call Off Orders
Call off orders must be completed within a maximum period of 12 months following initial order confirmation and payment. For stock requests received after 12 months, a new order agreement and pricing surcharge may apply. We reserve the right to dispose of any unused branded packaging after 12 months.
